  1. ListBar Control allows you to 
  2.             build applications with the ListBar popularized by MS-Outlook. The 
  3.             ListBar is a substitute for a tree view with two levels. There is a 
  4.             collection of tabs that serve as the root of the tree. Each tab has 
  5.             an associated collection of items, each with text and an icon. All 
  6.             objects, tabs and tab items, have a tooltip text property so you can 
  7.             display additional information to the user. Another great feature of 
  8.             this control is its small size. Online help and sample apps are 
  9.             included.
